$200,000.00 “Soft-Tissue” Injury Arising out of Failure-to-Yield Accident Case

The Firm recovered $200,000.00 for our client in Cause No. 2021-54846; Daniel Dupree v. Amigo’s Meat Distributors, L.P. and Raul Badillo Balderas; In the 11^th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas. The suit arose out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Harris County, Texas, and involved failure to yield the right-of-way allegations. Our client alleged back and neck injuries, though, according to the police report, there were no reported injuries at the scene. No surgeries were performed or even recommended, and Defendants characterized our client’s injuries as “soft-tissue.”
