$200,000.00 (Recovery almost 10x the medical) Federal Tort Claims Act Case

The Firm successfully resolved our client’s Federal Tort Claims Act case for the sum of $200,000.00. The case arose out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Eagle Pass, Maverick County, Texas. The tortfeasor was employed by the Army and thus the case fell under the jurisdiction of the Federal Tort Claims Act. Past “paid or incurred” medical expenses were less than $25,000.00.
