$210,000.00 Rear-End Accident Case

The Firm successfully settled our client’s claims for the sum of $210,000.00 in a rear-end accident case that occurred in Houston, Texas. Our client was stopped in his vehicle at the traffic light on Telephone Rd., at the S. Loop East intersection and facing northbound, when the at-fault driver, acting within the course and scope of his employment and/or agency with a major utility and construction contractor and traveling northbound on Telephone Rd., failed to control the speed of his vehicle and struck our client’s vehicle from the rear.
