The Firm successfully resolved client’s claims for a confidential sum in Cause No. 2021-09-33935-CV; Danni Sanchez-Varela v. AEP Texas Inc. and Luis Gonzalez; In the 38th Judicial District Court of Uvalde County, Texas. 


The case involved a disputed liability case arising out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Uvalde, Texas. The accident involved our client and an employee of a major utility provider. Law enforcement concluded that our client ran a red light and caused the accident. The Firm was nevertheless able to settle the case on favorable terms.
