Our client recovered $890,000.00 in a lane crossing accident that occurred in West Texas. Our client, an oilfield worker, was lawfully traveling northbound on US 285, when an individual acting withing the course and scope of his employment with Nacelle Logistics and traveling southbound on US 285, crossed into the northbound lane of travel and struck the vehicle being driven by our client.
