The Firm resolved our client’s claims for the sum of $500,000.00 in Cause No. 12-10-12884-ZCV; Enrique Jason Rosas v. Mario Humberto Longoria and Lowry Utilities; In the 293rd Judicial District Court of Zavala County, Texas. The case, which was referred to the Firm by counsel from Eagle Pass, Texas, arose out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on US 83 in Dimmit County, Texas. Our client suffered back and neck injuries as a result of the accident. Defendants disputed liability and the nature, extent and severity of our client’s damages. The case settled at mediation.
