$300,000.00 Car Accident Involving National Auto Parts Company

The Firm successfully resolved our client’s claims for the sum of $300,000.00 in Cause No. 2021-53187; Juan J. Montemayor v. Besaidy J. Escalante Molina, AutoZone, Inc., AutoZone Parts, Inc. and AutoZone Texas, LLC; In the 125^th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas. The case arose out of an incident that occurred in Harris County, Texas. At the time of the incident, our client was working as a mechanic at a repair center, sitting on a chair in the office adjoining the garage, when an AutoZone employee, who was operating a vehicle owned by AutoZone, crashed through the office wall and door, forcing our client to fall to the ground on his left side. The AutoZone employee had prematurely gotten out of her vehicle before it came to a stop as she was pulling up to the garage, having then gotten back into her vehicle and applied the gas pedal instead of the brakes.
