Third-Party and Underinsured Motorist Settlements

The Firm recently resolved our clients’ claims for policy limit amounts totaling $145,000.00, which represented the maxim amount of available insurance proceeds. The underlying third-party lawsuit was litigated in Bexar County, Texas. The case was referred to the Firm by a local lawyer. No settlement offers were made to the referring attorney. The Firm was able to quickly settle one of the client’s claims for policy limits and then, soon after filing suit on behalf of our other client, was able to obtain policy limits on that claim as well. The Firm then obtained the policy limits on the applicable underinsured policy.
