The Firm successfully resolved claims against multiple defendants in a Section 451.001 retaliation and personal injury action against our client’s employers, which included one of the largest steel producers in the United States. The Defendants denied all of our client’s claims, contending, among other things, that our client was terminated for alleged unsafe work practices and other lawful, non-discriminatory reasons. The case settled for a confidential amount, on terms favorable to the Firm’s client.
