The Firm successfully resolved our minor child client’s claims for confidential amounts against multiple defendants in a case filed in Zavala County, Texas, subsequently improperly removed to federal court in the Western District of Texas and, ultimately, remanded back to the state court. The case was settled favorably soon after the favorable remand order. 


Our client suffered a broken thumb as a result of the incident, which was alleged to have occurred as he was on his bicycle and leaving a convenience store. Defendants disputed, among other things, whether the truck in question ever struck our client.
