$675,000.00 Car Accident Case

The Firm recovered $675,000.00 for our client as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Our client was approaching a residential intersection when the tortfeasor, who operating a vehicle owned by his oilfield employer, disregarded a red light and struck our client’s vehicle in the intersection.  No injuries were reported at the scene and our client did not have a valid driver’s license, which Defendants contended cause or contributed to cause the accident. Our client received physical therapy and pain management, but no surgeries.
