$417,500.00 Car Accident Case

Our client was awarded $417,500.00 as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident that occurred in Phoenix, Arizona.  Our client was stopped at a traffic light when a van owned by a windshield and glass repair company collided into the rear of our client’s vehicle. Our client alleged that he sustained herniated discs in his back and neck. Defendants contested the claimed injuries and causal relationship to the accident. Minimal property damage was involved, and the past “paid or incurred” medical expenses were approximately $25,000.00. The case settled at a pre-suit mediation.
